All rooms have a flat-screen TV, heating, and a private bathroom. The beds are comfortable with quality pillows and bedding. Note: some ensuite showers could use an upgrade.
Dining
The lodge has a well-equipped communal kitchen with modern facilities for guests who prefer to cook. Barbecue facilities are available in the garden. For dining out, several restaurants are within 4 km, including options along the Knysna Waterfront. The kitchen equipment (fridges, utensils) is dated and could be replaced.

Outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and a pool view is open year-round. Guests can also use the BBQ facilities, picnic area, sun terrace, and shared lounge/TV area. Canoeing, fishing, and live sport events are available. Golfers can reach Simola Golf Course (7 km). The lodge also offers board games and puzzles.
Location
Oyster Creek Lodge is on The Point in Knysna, surrounded by the lagoon. It's a 4-minute drive to the Knysna Waterfront. The George Airport is 67 km away. Free private parking and accessible parking are available. You'll need a car as you cannot walk to shops or restaurants. Bus and taxi services are not nearby.
“This lodge truly capitalizes on its lagoon-front position, offering magnificent sunrises and a serene escape that still feels close to Knysna's pulse. The spacious accommodation, particularly the large deck and well-appointed kitchen, makes it a comfortable base for families or groups, while the fireplace and pool suggest year-round appeal.”
